How to Mount Tubes to Tires and Wheels？ Check the items ready or not:Tire,Rim,Flap,Inner tube,Lubricant,Locking Plier 1.Checking tube condition:correct size,no damage. 2.Checking the rim and tire condition:correct rim size,rim no bent,tire no bead torn 3.Lubricating the tire rim:Use liquid lubricant only(don’t use talc,oil or grease) 4.Mounting the tire:Tire assembly device 5.Mounting the tube:Do not use sharp tools,Ensure not to fold the tube,Ensure the tube does not get caught between the rim and tire. 6.Mounting the Tire:Maintain appropriate rotation speed while mounting the tire,Becareful not to damage the tube with the tool. 7.Inflation and inspection:Fill the tire with the appropriate air pressure specified(70~80% of the maximum air pressure)

How to Mount Tubes to Tires and Wheels? 1.Check the items ready or not:Tire,Rim,Flap,Inner tube,Rubber Hammer,Lubricant and Brush,Flat-head Screwdrivers. 2.Check the tube and the flap Check the appearance of the tube and flap are okay. Make sure the size of the tube and flap matches the size of the tire. 3.Check the rim and the tire Ensure if the rim size is correct and examine the rim and the lock ring for any defects. Ensure that no foreign materials exist inside the tire and the appearance of the tire beads is satisfactory. 4.Tube and flap Mounting Put the tube in the tire with the air-injection valve facting upward. Insert the valve into the hole of the flap and insert the tube into the tire in a wrapping manner. Take extra care not to wrinkle or fold the side of the flapedge and tube. 5.Applying lubricant Lubricant can be used on the tire beads before mounting the rim(Recommended minimally) 6.Rim mounting Place the rim on the floor,tilt the tire and insert the valve into the rim slot. Press both sides of the tire until it fits the rim. 7.Locak ring mounting Fasten the lock ring inside the rim. 8.Final confirmation Pushing the opposite side of the fixed lock ring with a tool,mount it by tapping with rubber hammer.Be careful of your safety.
